So, I'm christian now.

Oh, yeah, this still exists. May as well do an update then.

Well now, since my last post, shit has changed. I've Had a job at Acromat, which I have loved and hated, but as the mood has gradually moved further into the hated section, after 2 years I'm letting it go. Now, I will be going off to Uni, to learn me some booksmarts. Studying Psychology with a minor in Philosophy, or until I get a better offer.

Tomorrow my replacement starts. Of the several guys invited in for an interview, he is the one I least expected to get it, mostly because the poor guy has a terrible thpeech impediment and I know the rest of the office will rip him to shreds. But then, a large factor of who I was hoping to get the job was based on how cute the guys were, so I'm not entirely without my quirks. Anyway, this kid, well, I hope for the best for him because God help him. Just hope he's useful and clever enough to pick up on my job, and I can get him up to speed cos I'll only be there 4 more days. In a way, I think I will miss the place.

But the big change in my life is going all christian. Yup, I'm a certified, goes to church, baptised in the holy spirit god botherer! And I'm probably as surprised as you. It started way back when dad had his heart attack, about 3 years ago, and the ES were having their Jesus week. Well, through a combination of cute guys and free sausage, I got to hanging around them, which led to me going to their church, then their bible study, then ditching their church services but starting with services at Church of the Trinity with the minister from the marriage rally, and before you know it, I'm getting baptized, volunteering with ministry on Green Team and holding a position on Church Council o_O what have I done?!?

But really, I'm happy with it all. Bit of a change having a god now, but apart from that, I feel relatively normal. What I have learnt to love is the volunteering - fuck I love Green Team! Rocking up to Hindley Street and helping out people in need is something, but when you get the reactions from them, it's the best feeling ever.

So thats me now.
