So I had an appt on thurs to say I would take the pay cut and hours and on Monday they called and said they had no work for me so I shouldn't bother coming in. I asked for that in writing and got back a letter from ADP which says "my period of leave had expired and I chose not to come back to work", which means I can't get unemployment.
