Jumping on the LJ Bandwagon...
Well, since everyone else is writing....
Last week we found out that we will not be getting the condo. The sellers failed to disclose that there is Litigation on the property, although there is an explicit section that asks about that, and therefore no lender will approve a loan for the property. AUGH! Our real estate agent said that we would've closed by the end of the week... it looks like we will continue looking, although our hopes are low and our excitement is shattered.
The good news about the loss of the condo is that we are able to keep our travel habit. This weekend we are celebrating our 1 year anniversary in Big Bear :) Last year, Big Bear was our first trip together and I think it'll be a little snowy so it'll be nice. Plus Vegas in a few weeks...woot woot!
I'm excited for Book Club - Winter Edition. We will probably have the party at our house next weekend, giving people an extra week to finish the book. It's not bad so far but I need to focus on finishing it... oye! I'm very happy Christy is joining!!! And I hope the rest of you will reconsider reading it ;) ;)
Game night soon anyone? Or how bout L word night? Wine will be involved :)
