The advantage of going to a more reputable college is that later in life you will have as many advantages as possible to do what you want.

Your parents just want you to have options, that's all.

1) i complete agreed with everything you said about college. it's what i've been trying to get myself to believe recently. i know it's true, but it's another thing to actually get myself to believe it

it's a great experience, but you can learn
so much by traveling, too; things you can't
necessarily learn from a book.
