If only If only....

Now my story is probably the same as anyone elses. Nothing too orignal or different. But important all the same. Here's my life: all work and no play. Damnit and I'm not a happy girl.

College apps? Need I say more? Must I go into the magnitude of this responsibility? The essays, the filling out of the mindless information that somehow colleges you to determine if you are applicable. My parents are constantly reminding me, "this determines your future" "this determines the rest of your life". Does it? Does it REALLY?

I must question, where is the line between Harvard and Arizona State University? They are both colleges. They both offer similiar programs. A higher rate education, although we are all aware of the prestigiousness of the former school. Interesting people. A moderate party scene (although Arizona State grabs the prestigiousness in that category). But does going to an Ivy league make you more happier than a student at Arizona State? Despite certain dogmas about our society, just because a school is prestigious does not guarantee a more enjoyable time, a job after college, or how successful you do in life. For god sake's people get that out of your heads! In my personal but broadcasted opinion, I think I could learn more by traveling to different countries, reading books that arouse my intrest, and getting a job could teach me more valuable life lessons than a college should. But hey, I'm still going to college despite this nagging side of my conscience. Why, you ask? Well, college is something that I've been preparing for, dreaming about, and meticulously filling out my name 1,000 times for. Its a drive I can't explain. But when looking at colleges, people eradicate all the counselor's, teacher's, parent's and even friends opinions. Do whats right for you.

As for my personal life? Hehe.. well I'm not getting into too much detail sorry you gossiphounds. I have a boyfriend. Here are the stats
