Sew what?
Mom's all set up to move to the Hampton Assisted Living place next week. It's like 2 miles away. I ordered her a bed, recliner and linens off Amazon.com to be delivered there. This will give her some more independence, a daily place to shower, and 24-hour staffing. It will give me a chance to get back to my life - mostly. I'll still be managing all her affairs and doing all her grocery and other shopping - but mostly online and delivered to her.
I'm registered for con (Jun 19-22) and looks like I'll be driving. Which sucks driving alone - but at least I can take the jukebox to it's new home in Chicago.
I got a booth, though I really don't expect to make much to sell this time around - just the usual small stuff I have like embroidered patches, the magazine covers, badges and other random stuff. I ordered more pins to give away.
Guess I should at least make something to raffle.
I'm so far behind on sewing stuff. I walk into my shop and it feels foreign. I don't even know where to begin.
