To Con or not to Con?
The next con is in roughly 10 weeks. Which is a decent amount of time to build merchandise for. I don't really want to go if I don't have merch to sell and cover my expenses of going in the first place. But I've not been very productive these past few weeks what with my mom.
Speaking of mom, we are getting a new oncologist. She has an appt on the 24th with one. Apparently it's quite an ordeal to "undo" hospice once the doctor signs off on it - and involved me taking administrators up to her room. She wants to fight, she's going to fight. Her right, not a doctor's decision.
And of course so much of being able to go depends on her health, but that shouldn't stop me from making plans. The next con after this one is the 25th in NYC - September of 2015. I'm going to have to really consider some issues there - because it's too far to drive, but I really want to bring... like, everything. Will probably have to look into shipping options. Not looking forward to that.
