Lamia bits n pieces located in the Grotto
I meant to say that I found the shopping bag with the Lamia stuff in it pretty quickly on Saturday evening. Tonight I get to unpack it to see if all the bits I bought are in it (double faced satin ribbon, d rings for the mock front lacing etc).
I made sure the silk fabric samples I got to make the suffolk puffs are in there. I don't think my brain could cope if I had to buy more of them (ie they mightn't arrive in time).
I'm so glad that something went well.
ermm, I also found the chemise I wanted for NA3, and the other regency day dress. They were in the wardrobe-for-finished-costumes. On the floor towardss the back. And the couple of empty hangers I found hanging there some time ago and thought I'd put them there to use if or when needed ... well they originally had these hanging from them. {foreheaddesk}.
Yesterday was an Day of Resting for me. Cos I kept getting sick / flareups of HS, my friend Ripley suggested that maybe I should have a total rest day every so often, especially if I've been busy or have close deadlines. So I have meals ready to heat etc, dvds to watch, a book to read, and thus a day of resting is convened.
I feel so much more chillaxed after yesterdays. I haven't had an DoR since before NA3, and it was overdue. The next one is in the first weekend of July ... I only have 1 spare weekend day before then, and I need it for Syd'nova sewing.
