Handel's Messiah by heart in 2.5 months?

One of the things i really miss is singing in a choir.  I did madrigals, choir, tenor recorder, clarinet & piano (both them to grade 3) so that I could study music at school.  You couldn't study without doing minimum 2 instruments to grade 3 level.  I was never more than a plodder with instruments, but I loved singing and was competent enough.

You could do it. Get a copy of the sheet music and/or CD and sing it every day. You'll get it in no time. Want me to see if there's a copy of the CD in the gift shop at work?

the Philharmonia have a learning CD, which I suspect is for each part. I'll do it next year, cos I looked at the actual dates & I've missed the regn cut off. :-/
