Various Entry Is All Over The Board...
An entry in four parts by yours truly.
Part The First: Memes
Pick one of my icons and I'll write you a drabble based on said icon.
Most of my icons are way too cheery for their own good. This is going to be challenging. *relishes*
I signed up for the Anonymous Meme. Feel free to step up and tell me anonymously what you think of me. Good or bad, it doesn't matter.

So I broke out a new sketchbook yesterday, and decided to fill a few pages with characters from my long-suffering original story (the big one).
Bit of a redesign for Kazuo (protagonist) and Flik, with whom I pair him. Generally, I like to develop a character first and leave thinking about their relationships to other characters until much later. After Kaz & Fli had been in my head for a couple of years, they one day suddenly clicked as a couple. I toy with the idea of putting them with other people sometimes, but I'm pretty sure they're going to stay together. :3
Fenwyn's one of those rare characters whose design has stayed pretty much the same since first I drew her. However, I change her story around liekwoah.
Currently, she's a childhood friend of Flik's from the same "clan" who left to pursue a career in smuggling and occasional piracy. She's a captain now. Her ship, I recently decided, is called the Starbourne. ♥
Oh yeah, and the fox is there because Flik isn't actually an elf. She's a demon who can shapeshift in *very* extreme circumstances, and poses as an elf because her race was hunted to extinction (she's the last one ;_;). She reverts to her demon form at one point in the story and it's liek "ZOMG WHUT!?!" and shit goes down.
Yeah. Epic story is unnecessarily epic. Not to mention cheesey.
ETA: lulz, I just realized that her tail makes her look like the Firefox logo. That totally wasn't intentional. Cx
And, in keeping with that little resolution from before, here's my digital piece for today's post...
My Sunstar is coming along very nicely right now. The tiny little buds around the bigger flowers that were closed before are beginning to open. ♥

I still haven't started my ten page Contemporary Architecture essay which is due on Tuesday.
This is beyond ridiculous. I'm going to have to take time off of work tomorrow to get cracking on it. Which means that I'm going to have to work extra hard on Wednesday in order to stay on schedule. Dx

Gaaaaahhh they are so adorable. I especially feel for Villetta. She fights so hard to be accepted into Britannian society, only to realize she'd rather be loved for who she is by someone who fights instead for what he believes in.
Does she leave the military and go to him, throwing away her hard-earned status as a baroness, or does she sit and suffer and keep on missing him terribly? I'm guessing the latter, since she's the strong and resilient type. So sad. ;_; - Gino kind of wins. At everything.
- I like that Kallen gets to be a bit more in the loop now.
- Roloooooo. Poor boy. *sadpouts* :<
