my birthday
my 21st birthday was last saturday! well lucky for me i had a 4 day weekend from school so i went home on thursday my mom took me out to Hop’s for birthday dinner. i got a steak and it was delicious. then on friday brendan, angela, matt, and i went to the clinton outlets and i got a new pink scarf and new jeans because my old ones are ripping. we just hung out for the rest of the day and then at midnight brendan, ryan, jenna, and i went out because i was officially 21! we went to the public bar on main street in middletown and i got to order a drink!
then on my actual birthday brendan came over. i got him all sorts of cheesy and gay valentine's day presents. i also got him an apple bluetooth wireless keyboard, which i know he really wanted. also i got him a neat handmade wallet from etsy. he got me a gift card to this spa to get a massage!! then we went to bertucci's and we both have never been there before. the food was like super delicious and i ordered a drink and didn't even get carded! what the heck! then we went to west hartford to see coraline in 3D! that movie was so good and i was glad we went. afterwards we went to target and bought a GPS and then we hung out at matt's house until like 11. then we ended the night at my house and for some reason we were both exhausted. i think i went to bed at like midnight on my birthday LOL.
well that was my birthday and valentine's day. i feel like i have nothing else to look forward to! i was so excited for that day and then it came and went. i kinda wish i had a party or something because i didn't really get to see any friends really. i wanted to go to the casino too on sunday, but goodbye terminal had to play this battle of the bands (which they made it into the finals). so hopefully we go to the casino this weekend! but overall, i had the best birthday and the best valentine ever!
