christmas
being gone for five days doesn't seem like a lot, but i was so excited to come home and see brendan. he dug out his car from the snow and drove all the way here to come to this makeshift welcome home party for britton. at the time i thought everything was perfect just being with him and hanging out at my house. things were like so freakin good between us for so long and i was glad that when i came back things still felt just as nice.
christmas was just okay. on christmas eve i was supposed to work, but the office closed early so i didn't have to come in! so instead i decided to make a bunch of cookies and bring them to the apple store for everyone who is working. i hope brendan was able to eat more than 2 because they were the best cookies i have ever made. my family opened up presents and i got nice PJs and a book light, which is all i really wanted. afterwards i went to my aunt's house and then to brendan's. he got me this sweet pink wireless mouse and warioware smooth moves! i wasn't even expecting them and i loved it! i got him a desk lamp, underwear from H&M, and the 10th anniversary edition of harry potter and the sorcerer's stone. yesterday i also got him a brown comforter that actually fits his new bed.
so on christmas day i went to my grammy's house in milford. i got to hang out with my cousins and eat food. then i came back here and waited for brendan to come over. we went to the festival of silver lights in hubbard park. he always blows my mind when he wants to do things like that. like i never even expect it to happen and then it does and i think it's the craziest and nicest thing ever. after that we met up with everyone and saw benjamin button. that movie was almost 3 hours long and made me incredibly sad. but so that was my christmas and it wasn't even the best one i've had, but brendan says to just wait for my birthday!!
last night i was reading eclipse in bed with my new book light. okay so chapter 8 in eclipse is one of my favorites in the twilight series. when edward comes back from hunting after bella secretly ran away to la push. he isn't even mad at her and he says the sweetest things. i basically reread it a billion times, so when i went to sleep i was actually saying it in a dream i had! crazy. i don't even care. i am loving the twilight series and when i read it, i forget about the things that are piling up that i have to worry about.
