Week Three! Belated check-in today.
First up, the results: I lost 1.2 poundsI'm marginally happy with this. I mean, at least I didn't gain. I just feel like I could have done better. I did very well again with my food intake, averaging 1167 calories a day. I went for one walk and did the bike three times

You've done well! I hope you figure out how to get more walking in!
I think I gained on my road trip with my son, and I need to cut back on all the sweets! I aim to get more exercise too, so hopefully walks will happen more once my hubby is back from his part of the road trip and we go together. I have no motivation to walk alone!
