For the first time I seem to have side effects that go beyond a very sore arm. This time I've got the very sore arm and, erm, well... I'm not sure if "extreme farting" is an official side effect but if not it should be because oooooooh boyo. In all seriousness, I do have a whole bunch o' gas and my stomach is a bit upset. But it doesn't matter because I will take alllllll the side effects to stay safer.
