Prompt 13 is Name a person that got you into a fandom. What fandom?
The only thing that comes to mind is the QaF fan who had posted a Live Free or Die Hard fic that made me consider John/Matt for the first time. That led me to a movie rewatch, then to a fic comm here on LJ, and then to writing my own fic. I don't remember what fan it was, though.
Prompt 14 is Your favourite fandom (for the people)
Oh, this absolutely has to be the Queer as Folk fandom. I met so many amazing people online, and then met up with a bunch of them offline as well. QaF fans were also super funny and supportive. Over the years we also raised a bunch of money for charity through various causes. I really believe the spirit of the show also shone in the fandom.
