Seriously, Future Shop? SERIOUSLY?

Okay, so this was my second time lugging Mr. Willis to Future Shop. THIS time they run two hard drive diagnostics and say "it's fine". NO IT'S FUCKING NOT. Then they say that unless the shut-down thing happens WHILE THEY'RE STANDING THERE WATCHING, they'll charge me $60. Even though it's under warranty. I just. *throws up hands* It's NEVER going to happen while they're standing there looking at it, because it doesn't happen on a fucking schedule. Sometimes it only works for 20 minutes, sometimes it works for four hours. And no technician ANYWWHERE is going to stand in front of a computer *waiting* for something to happen for HOURS!!!

So I lug it back home. And I have to call Acer. AGAIN. And ship it off to them, most likely, and wait forever, and I just.feel. completely fucked over. Have got it plugged in and working now, not gonna call Acer until it shuts itself down again (which, the way my day's going, will be in about 15 minutes.)

I hate technology. HATE IT.
