We are now 17 days into the month and I have written a grand total of 1035 words. WTF? I am completely 1000% stuck on my oz_big_bang fic. I've got 14K written on it, and I hate the lives I've given the characters. I can see a partial way out of it, but that'll make Toby morose and I don't want THAT either. This is my advice. Send it to your beta. Often times he/she has insight that you don't because the story has sucked your life away.

Also? I'm fucked too. lolz

It really is, though still *loads* easier than doing it myself on a website. I should have listened to my friends months ago!

And I love watching the hit counter on the individual stories go up. When the first Die Hard fic hit 100, I bought cake! :D

I keep going to my Oz Big Bang file and staring at what I've finished and what needs more work. I stare and stare, then close the file again. I'm a bit stuck, too. I'm also a bit scared. I think you can do this, too. I will try my darnedest as well. Oh, boy! *bg*

It's weird, because it's not like I'm stuck as in "writers block". I can write, I just hate what I'm writing, so... I don't write. And then I don't write anything *else*, either, because if I'm writing it should be on the Big Bang. ARGH!!!

Brain damage? I started the other story seven! years ago - there's obviously a reason I haven't been able to finish it. I was hoping a deadline would force me to it, but I've got several different chapters going nowhere and I just don't know if I can pull them all together.

This new story is also a wip of sorts. It comes from a stand alone story I wrote a couple years ago and enjoyed so much I've thought about continuing it. I have more of a passion for it at the moment and think the words might come more easily. Having said that, I haven't written anything in three days!

That sounds promising, then. Lack of passion for the story is definitely my problem as well. If you don't like the premise it's hard to be inspired. Heh.
