No problem, I have good arm muscles.

If you're going to have joint pain, take some glucosamine. My mom is turning 57 this year and she started having horrible knee pain a few years ago. She takes MoveFree (which is glucosamine chondroitin and I know I mangled the spelling) and it has helped her tremendously.

Have you had a bone density test?

Hell, I'm only 26 and I take it for my joints. It works wonders! If I miss taking my pills, I can tell after a few days because I start hurting again.

I am actually writing down all the stuff that people are suggesting for when I go to the doctor and/or hospital. It's already slightly better though, so I'm hoping the hospital trip won't be necessary! Thanks. :)

I've had that shooting hip pain thing too. But don't worry. It goes away to be replaced by even more horrifying symptoms of GETTING OLD. sigh m :(

dear kid,
take heart.
take a couple of tylenol or whatever else gets you thru the day.
40 was exciting. 40 was liberating. 40 was a wakeup call.
some mornings you wake up still thinking your 20 (but your not).
wait till you get to 50!
have a nice day.

OMG--That's awful. I hate to think of you having all these stupid aches and "issues". I'll be glad to walk "casually" with throughout Stockbridge...I'm definitely NOT a runner. LOL

That is awful, I hate that you are having these pains...and you are not old, 40 is not old. I will be there in a couple of years and I am going to keep telling myself that:)
