A lot happened last weekend but that’s so far and gone now, it’s not worth mentioning. Monday was interesting.

For instance, there is a horror movie about a girl who has teeth where there shouldn’t be, and she goes around biting guys dicks off. Oh I laughed when I saw the trailer, but it doesn’t LOOK like a comedy.

My co-worker, Arlean fried some chicken at work. That’s right, at work. The whole place smells like chicken. And one of our drivers brought some pasoli(sp?). It’s like menudo except with regular chicken or beef instead of a pigs stomach lining. Why am I on a diet? Obviously it’s not going to work if my co-workers keep cooking everyday. I have been listening to Johannes Brahms and Fariborz Lachini all day. Smiling into the grey. I have kept the lights off in my office until around 4pm. And then I passed out somewhere around 4:30. I woke up a little after 5. This is the beautiful thing about having your own office. Now I really gotta get back to work.

My co-workers have been bringing food for lunch everyday this week.

Monday - DeAnna brought tamales.

Tuesday - My boss Ben brought gumbo.

Wednesday - Arlean brought chili.

Today - Harrold brought beef stew.

And tomorrow - I will bring my enchiladas. I’m making two casserole dishes worth so hopefully I will have some leftovers.

Last night a friend of mine mentioned a movie I haven’t seen since it came out on VHS. It’s an old classic that’s filled with drama and suspense. I don’t remember much of it but even though it had its teary eye moments it also had some humorous moments as well. And I think that you will agree that such a film
