So news flash i hate people, particularly when they are being dumb..... wait this isn't new
So I love Hong Kong but I'm getting pretty tried of the people here. We went to a banquet with students from the HK University of Science and Technology this evening and I (briefly) discussed the mortgage crisis and the ridiculous current stat on the economy with at random Chinese kid. It was basically the most intelligent conversation I've had about anything other than my project since we got here.
So many of the people her only talk about other people and (surprise, surprise)they cause a lot of drama. Fuck that! I really don't give a shit anymore, I know who you like and who you don't like stop being pricks.
One of my roommates is awesome, she's Panamanian and really funny and chill. My other is a member of a certain bitchy female organization on campus and is bat shit insane. Every minor event in her live is a catastrophe and must be discussed who every person she can find for the next 7 hours. I just don't care about her "problems" anymore. Honestly a lot of it is the safe things I've been dealing with.
Plus "The Bitch" is being as 2-faced as ever and I'm tried of hearing her shit.
Also, people who have girlfriends.
I'd like to note that the noone has cheated on their boyfriend and at least 3 people have cheated on their girlfriends multiple times.
... and yet I'm the one who struggles... tho I suppose I may not be qualified to comment on all these situations considering I "really don't understand" since I struggle at even initiating a relationship.
