Zoro was grumpy. This was probably the coldest island they had been on since they had left Chopper's home all those months ago. While he considered himself to be more tolerant to cold weather when compared to a normal person, it wasn't exactly fun doing his work out in the cold, and then finding that the hot water in the men's shower wasn't working. This was discovered only after turning on the faucets full blast.
"You're the one who went swimming in frozen water, you should be able to handle a cold shower." the long nosed Usopp said with a chuckle, as he began
While he had definitely been colder in his life time, it didn't exactly mean he had to love it. Particularly when he was done training for the day.
With the towel wrapped around his waist, he grumbled as he pulled on his shirt, and looked for his pants. Both articles of clothing were freezing, of course, and his hair was wet. He might as well go to the kitchen and hope Sanji was there. Not because he wanted to see the cook, but because if the cook was there, the stove would probably be on. Once he was dressed, he stepped out the door of the men's quarters.
"Hey. You shouldn't walk around in this cold with a wet head." a voice said from behind him.
"Well I didn't exactly have a god damn choice! The men's hot water is busted and I plan on jumpin' back in as soon as Usopp fixes it." Zoro growled at her.
"Oh really...? It's broken? Well, Robin's busy with her latest book, I don't mind if you use the women's shower..." Zoro turned his head to look at her, his expression changing slightly. "It will cost you though."
"Fuck that!" Zoro spun around, looking just as grumpy as he had a moment ago. He started to storm off in the direction of the kitchen, but Nami grabbed his arm.
"...For payment, I want you to wash my back. In the shower. With you." It took Zoro a moment to understand her meaning. Turning around to face her, he smirked.
Suddenly, he was in a good mood.
