Hokkaido!! All right! It's finally going to happen! Are you flying directly to Hokkaido (or are you landing on Honshu and taking the ferry?)
Either way, hope to hear lots about your travels! ;D
(oo, that's quite a lengthy discussion about being single vs being married ... it's funny I have a lot of friends who are up for marriage but then not for having children of their own- partly due to choice but sometimes due to biology- like knowing there would be too many complications and therefore best to avoid altogether ... it can be a sensitive topic, but I feel like it's certainly one worth having like with friends and family)
And with that I'll have been to every prefecture of Japan (minus Okinawa). No, we're flying into Narita as usual and then taking the shinkansen (first to Sendai and from there to Hakodate!).
going golfing again with my brother tomorrow at Whittier Narrows; spending the rest of today working on a fancy commission of someone's clockwork bird lady
Things are so-so. I got fixed up by the doctor at the urgent care clinic in Foothill Ranch (and with medical glue! So much better than stitches!), but my whole jaw/chin area is pretty sore. I can't eat anything very hard.

Medical glue you say! (yeah I'd be bummed too if it had to be stitches...)

Indeed! (yeah, I was assuming I was going to get stitches, so I brought my mom into the little room with me...!)
Of course.
