Impulsive field trips
I took one the other day, Thursday to be exact and was gone for all of Friday...Until 1:30 Saturday morning. >.<
Boy was my mother mad. Heh heh..She thought I had just ditched everyone for the day without a care. Of course I didn't. I was up in Indiana looking for a new place to live. And I just may have found it in a town called North Vernon. Nice town. Seriously. I couldn't turn around without looking at potential jobs, unlike here in ratty ol' McMinnville ( this is where I live and if you know what state, gold star to you and keep that under your hat ^_~ ). Anyway, I didn't mean to stay out as long as I did. Something happened that added 3 hours to my trip back down home. Boy was my mother pissed, that is, until I told her what I saw up there. Lots of factories and scads of others. And the towns are that far apart. Also I'd be one hour away from 3 major cities up there so entertainment won't be hard to find. Got to have that so you don't go freaking nutsoid.
I've even written out the pro's and con's of living up there. The list isn't quite completed but I'll post what I have, and just add to it in another post. I plan on going back up there at another time and date. Hopefully next month. :-) Hell, even my mother said she'd like to see as well.
