God, today has been a long day. Got up at the crack of dawn to drive into Hampshire to pick up my Maths results, only to find they weren't coming in until 1pm. Drove back home and had to rearrange my Statistics lesson in order to pick up the results. C2 Maths exam didn't go too badly. Wasn't exactly easy, but I think I got at least a C. I can kiss the A goodbye, because I failed to fully answer two of the questions, but here's hoping for a B! *crosses fingers* Just Mechanics left to go, and I can devote my full attention to that between now and Monday, so I should get a good grade in that ( Read more... )

Wheee! I've got conditional offers from 3 of my 5 university choices! They all require 260-280 UCAS points, which just means I've got to get B's for English and Maths - that's doable ^_^

Ugh, that was the most hideous maths lesson EVER. My tutor had obviously had a cigarette just before I arrived, and the whole room was ever so slightly stale and smoky. It wasn't overpowering, and it actually took me a while to even notice it, but my God it just got worse and worse until I told him I didn't feel well and left early. Now I'm home ( Read more... )

Oh, that exam went so badly. I'll be amazed if I even passed.
But you never know, and I can always retake it next year after I've had more time to revise, so it's all good.

I am feeling SO much more confident about my maths exam tomorrow! My tutor took me through all the things I was feeling unsure about last night, and today everything just seems to be falling into place in my brain.
