Duh. No kidding! It took you government idiots THIS LONG to figure this out? I worked (briefly) at a Petland in San Antonio how long ago? 12 years ago? And I figured this out on my FIRST DAY of training?

(For the record, I only ever sold one puppy while I worked there. I didn't think it was right, and I still don't.)
