We just came home from the "Rheinwelle"-Sauna in Gau-Algesheim. Silvio is half-sick and after a really rainy training today, we thought it would do him good.

I feel great, though tired.

Then, at home, I saw one of the pictures I took last weekend in the newspaper. I'm so proud:
