General knowledge post. Updates on things.
The BTR Meta is obviously taking a long time. I know I said I was going to do Terror next, but I'm thinking since season one is almost over I'm just going to go ahead and start from the pilot. I'm getting the DVD for my birthday (the 17th) so I'll be able to pay really close attention to at least the first six episodes. And Terror will come at some point. It's one of my favorite episodes, so it'll definitely appear at some point.
The new Scooby-Doo Mystery Incorporated is becoming my favorite Scooby-Doo incarnation ever, and considering how much I love SD, this is a big leap for me. You should all give it a view, see how you feel aboot it. Because I seriously need to squeal aboot it with someone.
Oh look, new icon! Sam, smoking a pipe filled with bubbles and bacon grease. Yay, Sam!
Unnatural History has been getting better every week. Jasper's really awesome at making semi-filthy little comments that you may miss the first time around. And he also is very worried aboot his boyfriend cousin. A lot..
I've been watching a lot of Victorious. I don't even know, guise. Half the cast makes me giggle like a little fangirl. (Mainly Jade, Cat, and Trina, because they are far too pretty to live, I swear.)
Phineas & Ferb is addicting. I've seen their little movie thing like five or six times since it premiered.
Twittername changed a while ago. I'm rubyntelevision now. Because I'm obviously far too obsessed with television.
School starts on the 23rd. I'm going to be a junior at a totally new school. I'm scared shitless. High school isn't fun.
Working on some Hesper fic. Here's a snippet, in italics!:
Jasper is fully aware that life isn't fair. He realizes that he shouldn't complain about how Justin Bieber stole his haircut, or about how kids at school always laugh at his pathetic excuse for a car, or about how he only really has two friends, or about how Maggie just doesn't like him in any important way. These things are normal teenage fare - well, most guys don't have Canadian pop-tarts steal their look, or drive Smarts, but for the most part - they aren't big deals.
There is one thing, though, that Jasper is pretty sure is a big fucking deal. He is entirely positive that very straight teenage boys should not be turned on by their very male, very related-by-blood first cousins. (Jasper isn't sure that there are degrees of blood relation in regards to first cousins. His mind goes off on tangents when he thinks of his attraction to Henry, in a feeble attempt to center himself.)

And that's that for now, guise.
