Their Customer Service is still the suck -- they never called me with status reports, they never called me back when they SAID they would call within X time, and they certainly never returned a single one of my daily phone calls. But I now have in my possession an HP 47 IPAQ, that appears to be new, not refurbished. And it only took 2.5 months.

This reminds me of the parable of the unjust judge - you know, the one who said, "Even though I don't care about either God or human laws, I had better give this woman justice so that she will shut up and stop bothering me."
