Their Customer Service is still the suck -- they never called me with status reports, they never called me back when they SAID they would call within X time, and they certainly never returned a single one of my daily phone calls. But I now have in my possession an HP 47 IPAQ, that appears to be new, not refurbished. And it only took 2.5 months.
