didn't November just /start/?

and December begins this week. weird.

I sat for the 4th part of the CPA exam the weekend before Thanksgiving. I've passed the other three, thankfully, so now I'm just waiting to hear back on whether or not I passed the fourth and final part. Of course, NJ requires 150 credits to get licensed, and I graduated with 138. So... I need to take 12 more credits. And the easiest way to get Pru to reimburse me for them would be to enroll in an MBA program. So the plan right now is to study for the GMAT this winter, then apply to Rutgers business school in the Spring, for Fall admission.

I'm enjoying the free time while I have it ._.

We put our condo on the market a few months ago just as the market was slowing down. Good timing as always. We hardly had anybody come see it in the past month or so. So we took it off the market for the holidays... a "temporary withdrawal." We'll put it back on in time for the Spring season. By time we get an offer I'm sure house prices will have risen back out of our range. Ah real estate. Oh well, at least we have a place to live.

Now that I'm done studying for the CPA exam, I'm giving some attention to our condo. It needed a lot of cleaning, haha. But I'm whipping it back into shape.

Work has been interesting. My manager accepted a new position in a different department (promotion included), so for now my coworker and I have to pick up the slack created by his absence (no, of course they haven't found anybody to replace him yet!). I'm a little disappointed because there was still a lot I could have learned from him. I've been in this position since August, which makes it about 4 months that I've been working with him. sigh.

Wow, boring update. Sorry... I'll try to be more interesting next time :)
