Question...
there's a man who has been on death row for 5 years. his day comes. he's due to be executed March 11, 2003 at 4:10 p.m. . okay? well, at 3:30 p.m. on March 11, 2003, he mysterioulsy escapes. he goes to his old friends house, arrives amazingly around 4:00 p.m., on the same day. they begin to argue over a money issue that happened 6 years ago. the man on death row had lied, and serverly upseted what was his friend...the friend angered, pulls out a gun, shoots the man at exactly 4:10 p.m. the escape convict dies instantly... now, the guy committed murder, right? but the guy was going to die the exact same time, day, month, year anywho.
what would happen to the friend?
