Can the holidays be over already?
Exactly what the subject line says.
I worked both Christmas Eve and Day and now I'm working the day after Christmas when supposedly our Xmas stuff goes on sale. Well, this year it won't--at least as far as I know.
But, I did get yelled at by a guest yesterday. Like, he got up from his little chair scooter and tried to get into my space, I took a step back and walked away. I had someone call security and was just rattled from the experience I started to cry. Like, it was my first time at the park getting yelled by someone. But, now I'm an official lead I suppose...
But seriously!! When you are promised something here at D!$ney there is a condition YOU MUST FOLLOW. If you are getting something LIKE AN ECV for free, then you better follow the condition as in, you must be there at the shop to rent one early in the morning--once we're out you will be placed on a wait list. JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE THAT SPECIAL PIECE OF PAPER THAT SAYS YOU GET ONE FOR FREE DOESN'T MEAN YOU GO TO THE TOP OF THE WAIT LIST. It isn't far to others who have been waiting the same amount of time as you. We don't reserve ANYTHING here! You want to reserve something? Go reserve a table for dinner, they do reservations, STORES DO NOT.
Urgh, okay..it's my friday, tomorrow I have the day off...just need to get through today. /breathe
