Don't rush, don't make the head ache

That's the mantra, and that's why I'm not currently putting on my swimsuit and racing to the gym. Work I gotta get to in a timely fashion. Teaching I have to show up for.

The rest of my life is, sadly, subordinate to lying down in a cool and darkened room, should the migraine fairy come calling. Even exercise, which sometimes includes krav training (the more it's a class where I can stand around, the more likely I am to actually leave the house, but that barely counts).

I'd have to be at the gym at 6 in order to get a decent amount of pool time (I hear it's saltwater now--interesting) and still get to class at 7:45. And I'm leading, without assistance for my first hour.

So the kinda headache right now? The question is--could I get away with resting in front of a TV? Probably shouldn't risk it.

I had no idea this sleep mask would be so often used when I got it for Christmas.
