I just poked at my left shoulder, and it's not rigid.
Whoa.
Given I'm not on dilaudid and it's been days since the last trigger point injection, that's pretty cool.
I am on day two of steroids, so I hope that what they take down stays down. I'm of two minds about getting a massage in this condition. I may just play it safe, no matter how magical her hands.
Maybe one day I can have a massage for pleasure. I still have that Burke William cert to burn off.
I have been using Percoset when home and not going anywhere. I will be sad when I build up a tolerance, but it's working very well right now, so I'm going to just go with that
Monday's migraine was...well, I'm not sure what started it, but I am sure that my muscle soreness, either exercise or shotgun-related exacerbated it. I did mean to try and sleep for a while yesterday afternoon--moving my shoulders was making pain ricochet. Unfortunately someone thought he'd broken a toe and needed my help early.
Despite another migraine today, I do feel better than even just yesterday. The neck-tie in (har) does make me extra special miserable.
This is just normal grue.
