I'm messing around with some icons, and I'd like to take one image and make it semi-transparent so I can lay it over another image and get a double-image effect. Anybody know how to do that? I'm using PS7.

Today I've got a really cute little item. It's a set of 6 LOTR postcards designed by a Japanese fan artist. (I think the artist is Little Ones.)
