you know, my internet has been down for about two nights, so i haven't checked my flist since sunday afternoon. i check it today, and there are OVER 30 NEW POSTS. you all rock, for serial. thank you!
and so this post has some actual substance-filled things, here is a ridiculous ridiculous original fic that i wrote two paragraphs of after nim and nadya bugged me for ever about it:
After the seventh time that Emily's parents went to wake her up and stumbled in on an orgy, they decided to send her to a convent. They really had tried everything else, including frequent hormone suppressants and tracking devices clipped to her clothes, but nothing seemed to stop her raging hormones from doing what they wanted to. In their support group for wholesome, god-fearing parents of rebellious and slutty teenagers, a member had recommended it highly, and they were desperate.
Emily was a bit annoyed at the disruption of her routine, but not terribly. Her twenty or so regulars were becoming a bit boring, and she had always thought making out with nuns would be fun. Besides, it was always the repressed ones who were secretly kinky. She did scream and slam the door to her room when she was informed, because tradition was tradition, but she was honestly sort of excited.
(btw: this is not real! it started out as a joke between me and my friends, about how i would act like if i was forced into a convent. i am fairly slutty, but my parents have never stumbled on any orgies of mine, i swear. and all of my orgies have been with my dearest friends, and we are almost always fully clothed. and my parents are much cooler than these.)
i want to write more, but i have no idea where to go from there. help? or mocking? either works.
also, would you guys appreciate if i posted a random mix of songs i've been listening to? i love them a lot, and i've had the urge to do so for a while.
i adore merlin aus SO MUCH. GOD. IT'S RIDICULOUS. frat boys! and bands! and superheroes! and doctors! and rowers! and spies! this fandom is so awesome, i don't even know how i can ever repay it.
