I think my IQ dropped some points after watching the news this morning.
So, here I am sipping my liquid caffeine , while catching the news and a story popped up about several states taxing lap dances. Apparently, bar owners are arguing its an art form similar to ballet (wtf???) And should be exempt from such tax.
To be honest, Im neither pro nor against such things... people need to live their own lives the way they see fit and who are we to judge each others lifestyles anyways? One would think there are more important issues to be dealt with that deserve all of this media attention? Seriously, who comes up with some of this stuff and even more so, how in the world would one purpose to tax such things? When you think about it, how in the hell would state auditors be able to know how many lap dances occur each night in said operations? Things that make you say hmmm........? Clearily I have now given this way too much thought (and like I said probably lost a few IQ points because of it) so thats my cue to cut this entry here. Have a great day everyone...
