So I've decided that I'm growing complacent, therefore I'm going to attempt a new adjustment: It's not a majorly complex one, to put it simply I'm going to write 500 words a day, do 30 press-ups, 20 sit-ups and 30 squats a day and have a daily 5-minute sprint.
