Geemo and I caught David Sedaris in town last night. I've listened to him a few times, so I know what a whip-smart humorist he is, but his segment on NPR, "This American Life," sells him a little short.
Things I learned from the show:
1) David Sedaris is gay.
2) He has a crude sense of humor, which makes sense, considering who his sister is. (Amy Sedaris starred in the Comedy Central show, "Strangers With Candy," and was originally part of an improv comedy troupe alongside Stephen Colbert.)
