Okay, so I'm on a weird kick this evening and I'm looking for some recs.
GEN please! No Het or Slash. Happy/hopeful ending Long fics/series especially welcome.
I'm looking for slave fics. Where either sentinels or guides are considered "subhuman".
Now when the "lower" caste (whether Jim or Blair) comes into contact with the "higher" or "free" (the other half of the equation), they begin to understand that their customs are not right. They take a stand against the system. It can either be overt or not - they can stage a revolution, or just behave as equal in the privacy of their home.
I would love a strong, but not sexual bond. Protective, territorial on either side is totally cool. Crossovers are fine as well. I love hurt/comfort (stress on the comfort).
