Rain
I like the wet coolness and dark skies rain brings. I like how the rain relaxes you and plops your worries away. I like how the rain washes the dirt away to leave us clean, refreshed, inspired. Rain…
Despite my unending rants before about my job, I must say I’m sort of sad leaving this company. Maybe I’ll miss the kind of life I had here: Going down for yosi breaks, swapping stories about how bitchy our boss was, YM-ing the whole day, studying nihongo secretly between e-mail writing. I’ll miss doing these.
I learned a lot from my stay here, creating job orders, presenting a marketing package to a group of interested clients. But the most important thing I learned from my boss is to be a go-getter: If you want something, do everything you can in order to have it. Its not something new, but witnessing it first hand from her constantly gives it a deeper meaning. I secretly admire her for having a strong personality, something I would like to have for myself. She’s cool despite pressure, she doesn’t take things personally, she’s a hard worker, she’s very outspoken, she wants things done - in short, she’s a bitch. But if being a bitch means doing these things, then I guess some of us should learn something from being bitchy.
Can you imagine a world without bitches? We won’t get anything done. No one looking over our shoulder and following up on progress. No one to push you to your wits’ end. Walang pag-uusapan kapag yosi break (hehe). Get my point?
Cheers to the bitches out there!
This entry was actually inspired by this video. Will cause you to fart for hours because of laughing. Enjoy! (by the way betch, fuck you)
