I was staying at a hotel complex. My hotel room was on the ground floor, but for some reason the inside was more like an attic or a loft in a barn. It had all these exposed rafters and raw wood walls. I had been there for a while I guess. This one black cat kept following me. So one night, I decided to pick him up and take him home with me. I'm walking through the parking lot, and a woman and a small boy seem to be following me. The boy walks faster, trying to catch up to me. I take longer strides, but he still gets to me. He accuses me of steeling his cat. I act innocent and tell him I didn't know it was his cat. The cat had been injured, so I was taking care of him. I pointed out the orange bandages on the cats front legs as I leaned down and handed the cat back to the boy. As he turned back towards the woman, I punched him in the back of the neck and took the cat back. I ran through the parking lot, trying to get back to room 13.
I went to bed around 3. And woke up around three. I'm still really, really tired though. Internet in bed was nice, but down stairs is more comfortable for during the day.
I didn't get to Oki, or my shower yesterday. I also didn't finish vacuuming the living room, because we still need to move some things back to where they belong after the cable guys were here.
So, I guess on the agenda for today is just folding laundry, Oki, and a shower. I guess I could do something else around the house and make dad happy, but it's already almost four, and he always yells at me if I'm in the middle of cleaning when he gets home. Because he's stupid. Although...maybe I'll give the ferrets baths. They do need them...or maybe I'll save that for tomorrow.
Friday is senior skip day, right? Is everyone still planning on going to the beach in the afternoon?
PART 2:
When dad got home he insisted we do stuff outside. So I got dressed, and we pretty much just weed-whacked and I watered the plants and the vegetables that haven't been planted yet. We also cut down a tree. Then we loafed around and stared at the garage. Being secretly serious, I joked that we needed more skulls to hang on the garage. We currently have a buck skull-cap, and two full skulls of...some kind of African game animals. He was like yea, we do. I joked that we should go around and pick up roadkill, tan the hides and then clean the skulls for the garage. He surprised me by saying yea, we can do that.
I mentioned to him all of the artist I watch that do amazing taxidermy art, and he surprised me again by saying I could do stuff like that. He's actually really supporting my whole, I'mma be an art major thing, and saying I should go to school for movie costumes and stuff after NCC, or be an art teacher. I sorta looked into the taxidermy stuff, and the closest schools for that are in PA. I'd love to give that a shot, even if it's just for myself. Going around, picking up roadkill and making something of it. Dad has a friend that does taxidermy, I'm kinda thinking about asking dad if I could like, do an apprenticeship with him just to learn the basics. Taxidermy seems like an expensive hobby though, from what I've seen of the casts costing. x.x
Anyway. Now I'm laying in bed, window wide open, and watching a movie with Faraone. Honestly it's like we've been on 6 dates with all this movie watching. xD
