i've voted independent and green in the past myself. this time i just happened to vote for a democrat. what's adorable about geena and rob is that they are quick to criticize anyone who voted democrat or republican for having these loft expectations and for expecting perfection from their candidate. however, they glorify libertarians far more than most poeple have ever glorified a democrat or republican. when i've voted green or independent, i never expected that, had they won, they would be any more (or less) productive and effective than a democrat or republican. r and g seem to think that libertarians are able to work miracles and bust through all the checks and balances in our government. i don't know how i missed bob barr's amazing feat of farting puppies and belching kittens. in the end, r and g are ust as guilty of grandstanding and glorifying their political party as anyone. it's annoying, but adorable in its own twisted way. i hope one day that a libertarian does win, at which point we will all be sure to point out even their smallest shortcoming in glaring, garish colors.
