Ugh.
Midterms are over; I've survived them. My school was super-cool last year and made a deal with us seniors (then, juniors) that if we pass our PSAE, we wouldn't have to take our finals if we had Bs or better. Since two of my midterms were actually finals I was exempted, and the exams I did have (Geometry and Bio II) were totally pwned by yours truly. Bio I studied until I could look at a diagram of muscles and label them, which is exactly what part of my midterm consisted of. So that's the good news. No more freaking out, because I will SO have at least a B in all my classes next quarter in time for finals and I can just stay home.
The bad news?
Next semester I have Honors Senior Writing and Literature, and it's something I'm looking forward to because I really wanted it. Now, we had summer reading and even though the book sucked royal ass, I still read it and wrote my paper. Now... I misunderstood the directions. We were supposed to turn in the paper first day of class--which I thought meant second semester. But I was talking with someone else who's going to be in the same class and they revealed something very important: It was due first day of classES. As in, the beginning of the first semester. Naturally, I panicked. By the time I was able to get to my teacher's classroom, he was gone and I couldn't find him anywhere, so I couldn't clear things up with him and offer to run home and get my paper for him (even though it would take an hour to run home and back and an extra half hour to get home 'for real'). So. I'm going to be stressing all weekend and revise my paper until it can't be revised anymore.

So. Yeah. I really hope he's an understanding guy or I'll be so screwed. Oh, and no Nightwish concert for me. Because, per usual, communication in my family sucks. :) 'Sokay, though. I've never been to a concert before, so I don't know what I'm missing out on. I'd probably hate the sheer number of people anyway.

Also? The hell is up with all this OroSasu stuff? Seriously, for all we know Orochimaru is a straight-laced nonpedophile that likes womenfolk very much, thank you. I mean, sure it's sort of weird that he's obsessed with possessing particularly attractive boys, but everyone has their quirks, right? And who doesn't want to live forever and do it in style to boot? Really, the entire base for the pairing is based off of wild specualtion and assumptions. I mean seriously, is there any canonical hint of OroSasu anywhere in all of the Naruto manga?
