This one can't wait until morning. I'm walking down 23rd Street toward Ivory Tower at 2:30 AM. I hear this loud "Urghurrrrrrrghurrgghhh" and it's getting louder by the second. I look up and there's a car coming up the street. The front on the driver's side is lower than the other side and there are sparks flying. This woman was driving without a tire, just on the bare axel, and scraping the front of her car on the road in the process. Just going along before turning onto G Street. Why would you try and drive like that? How the fuck do you lose a tire?
