Summer comes to an end
This time next week I will be laying in bed thinking about the first day back to school with the kids. The summer has certainly gone by faster than expected...
I've been so busy trying to make things nice around the house this summer that I've neglected some rather important tasks for school. I was basically promised $2000 for new radio equipment as part of a grant and I have yet to write the proposal. I also have about a foot of file folders balancing on the nightstand in the bedroom that need organizing. I did, however, just finish setting up my new classes on engrade.com, so at least I have a head start on falling behind on my grading (that sentence makes sense to me).
Tomorrow Becky and I are going on a date - dinner and a movie. I do believe it will be the first time this summer that we did something recreational without the baby.
