Now I have to choose. Or work something out where I can go to Megillah reading and still do Jew stuff. Luckily, SCM is in Boylston Hall, which is < 2 minutes away.

I survived Vericon. This was my third Vericon, and also my third year as food coordinator. It is also the first Vericon where I didn't hate humanity at the end of it.

Today gleameil and I did most of the badge calligraphy for Vericon. (People who pre-register get a hand calligraphed badge.) In general it wasn't so bad, but some people wanted lots of stuff on their badge.

The worst offender was someone whose badge name was Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden. And I had to write that all out in calligraphy in the tiny ( Read more... )

So there was also a Sunday of Vericon. I got there at 9:15 again, because I was sleep-deprived, and volunteered in the con suite until 10, when the MST3K started ( Read more... )

Vericon is wrapping up today, and I have to say that it was amazing.
