So, Here is what is going down...
Mom and dad are getting a divorce.
Katie and mom are staying in evansville in our house, dad is visiting his brother/parents in Alabama/Tennessee.
Katie and Mom only have one car now. This will be a problem for katie when she has to work.
Katie and Mom have to take down the wallpaper in her room, repaint it, and repaint the whole inside of the house.
Mom is going to take classes from now until she gets her degree part time. This could take a few years.
Katie is going to have to stay here until her Mom can move and they will probably be going to IU at the same time because Mom plans to get her masters in media service (library stuff).
Katie and mom will probably move to northside.
Katie will probably get her uncles', dead brother's car. It's not the hottest car, but it is a car. And cheap.
Katie is going to have to start paying a portion of her cell phone bills, saving her money.
Mom is going to see a lawyer to draw up the papers.
Dad will be in Alabama/Tennessee.
Katie is going to have to start being serious and stop slacking. According to the Education department of Indiana she is intelligent enough to be a grade ahead of everyone else in her age range and didn't need to be held back to match everyone else, so she should prove.
Katie can't believe all of this is actually happening.
