Today, for the first time in 6 years, my mom and brother communicated.  Granted it wasn't in person or over the phone, but rather through a simple boquet of flowers.  Also granted, mom is in the hospital right now but she's been there before with more serious issues and he has done nothing so I'm taking this as a sign that there is still hope that ( Read more... )
