So, I had a great idea for a DND campaign.
There'd be this race of creatures that look like really mean floating eyeballs, and they'd have lots and lots of eyestalks. Now, these creatures would have special powers for each of their eyes that would shoot out in a ray or cone pattern.
Now, for anyone who has read Greek mythology, you know what Pandora's Box is - it kept all the bad things trapped and locked up, until Pandora opened it, and let them free to terrorize mankind.
My idea would be something like that, except this race of floating eyeball creatures would have good things kept inside said eye, and it would be up to the group of adventurers to kill the creatures and loose the good things, so that humanity can be once again blessed.
Now, one of these creatures would have inside their sight organ the good thing that makes everything pretty, so when the adventurers kill the creature and search it for the good thing, they will discover that, indeed, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
*ducks and runs away*
